Dirt Navy

Our Why

Next Level Civil came to life when our director Ryan Ruthe was still back in machines as an employee, working at the coalface for other experienced contractors. In early 2019, the time was just right for this new venture to begin.

Ryan set out on his own with the intention to flip the contracting game on its head. Providing the ‘next level’ of professionalism and quality in the Auckland Earthworks and Civil construction industry.

An all too common theme in the contracting industry of poor health and safety protocol, poor communication, low transparency and little personal responsibility upheld within the projects at hand. We’ve set about changing this. Using a Health and Safety focused approach, robust internal systems, adapting with the latest technology, ultimately just being a damn good bunch to deal with.

We understand that like the things we build, they’re only as strong as the foundations they stand upon, so if you’re dealing with a contractor with weak foundations and systems, chances are that their physical works are of an equal quality. We pride ourselves on having the right team, structure, communication systems and quality control in place to ensure your project or dream is footed on the same high-strength foundations our company adopts.

By adopting true passion and experience in our fight for quality, the growing Next Level Civil team have made a name for themselves for being the ‘go-to’ contractor when you want something done right the first time, in a safe manner and always to a high standard. Along the way building a client base of people and contractors who share the same values as us, believing in our fight to bring the ‘next level’ of service to the industry

So, if you feel you deserve passion, great communication, high-quality work and transparency in your next project,

Then you’ve found the right company and team to deal with.
